LEADERSHIP & EXPERIENCE
Founded in 2012
Meraki Canine began as a one-woman dream in 2012, when founder Hannah Adams launched Down Home Dog Training, LLC at just 19 years old. What started as a humble, heart-led training service has grown into a trusted resource for relationship-based dog training in Northwest Pennsylvania.
In late 2025, Down Home Dog Training evolved into Meraki Canine, a rebrand chosen to better reflect the heart, intention, and care poured into every dog and human team we work with. Our focus remains the same: clear communication, thoughtful structure, and real-world training that lasts.
Hannah’s experience spans veterinary settings, humane organizations, boarding facilities, dog sport competitions, and advanced certification programs. She is an approved AKC evaluator, AKC judge and a K9 Evaluator for Therapy Dogs United, and she continues to expand her education to better serve her clients, her community, and the dogs at the center of it all.
